Job Description

This is a remote-first position. However, due to the team's overall location, candidates must live in the Eastern or Central Time Zones.

About the Role

The US Hematology Marketing Manager provides commercial support for brand marketing strategy and tactical execution across the US hematology portfolio. This role carries meaningful cross-functional impact and requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders to drive strategic alignment, execution excellence, and measurable performance.

Candidates must be willing to travel as needed for internal meetings (estimated at less than 20%).

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Support and execute the commercial marketing plan for key HCP segments across multiple channels, including media, digital, print, and omnichannel
  • Ensure all tactics align with brand strategy and drive achievement of defined KPIs and goals

Project Management

  • Apply strong project management capabilities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives

Performance Evaluation & Strategic Thinking

  • Measure and assess the impact of marketing initiatives against defined goals and optimize plans accordingly
  • Proactively generate ideas beyond existing plans to evolve strategy and execution

Print & Fulfillment

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing asset inventory management and fulfillment 

Meeting & Training Support

  • Support the pull-through, training, and rollout of key initiatives as needed

Medical, Legal & Regulatory (MLR) Review

  • Collaborate with MLR reviewers to ensure all brand materials meet medical, legal, and regulatory requirements
  • Align with MLR reviewers on appropriate approval timelines to maintain efficient review cycles

Disease State Acumen

  • Develop and demonstrate a strong understanding of the hematology therapeutic area, relevant disease states, and the competitive landscape

Vendor Management

  • Manage external vendors and agencies to ensure delivery of work consistent with brand strategy, messaging, and tactical execution

Cross-Functional Partnership

  • Collaborate with partners across Sales, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Legal & Compliance, Market Access, Omnichannel, and Patient Services
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Candidate must be located within the Eastern or Central Time Zone
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or sales
  • 2+ years working within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, healthcare, or broader life sciences industry, including direct industry experience or client-facing consulting/support experience serving these sectors (e.g., payer, provider, hospital, healthcare services, or healthcare consulting organizations)
  • Strong planning, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams to support business objectives
  • Strong business judgment with a commitment to high ethical, compliance, and quality standards
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional support and driving execution

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in hematology, orphan disease, rare disease, or specialty pharmaceutical markets
  • Willingness to learn or prior experience managing projects through Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review processes
  • Formal or informal project management experience is helpful
  • Experience supporting multiple brands or indications simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to evaluate performance metrics and optimize marketing plans based on business insights and analytics

The base salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000. Each individual offer will be determined based on several factors, including your experience, qualifications, and location. Additionally, this role is eligible for both short-term and long-term bonuses, as outlined in the plan details.
