The DV+ Platform team serves as the strategic backbone for Magnite's premium DV+ publishers, acting as dedicated partners to ensure their long-term success and growth within our ecosystem. We focus on building deep, consultative relationships, blending operational excellence with market insights to help our partners maximize their revenue and scale their businesses. By bridging the gap between complex ad technology and publisher goals, we play a critical role in driving the evolution of the open internet.

The Account Director, DV+ Platform oversees a portfolio of top-tier strategic publishers on the DV+ platform. This role will specifically focus on our large mobile app supply partners, including App SDKs, developers, and publishers.

In this role you will:

  • Understand, build, and manage relationships with our largest mobile app SDK providers, developers, and publishers

  • Drive adoption of the Magnite SDK to existing publishers

  • Actively track initiatives and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets

  • Keep up to date with mobile & ad tech industry trends and attend industry events

  • Understand new publisher inventory options & product offerings

  • Monitor partners' business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase performance/monetization

  • Provide strategic consulting services regarding inventory monetization strategies and policies, marketplace trends and best practices, development of private sales channels, and Magnite's products and offerings

  • Act as a critical bridge between app publishers and Magnite's product and technical teams to provide product feedback to enhance Magnite's mobile app strategy and products

  • Performs other sales and account management- related duties as assigned by management

We're looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent training

  • 6+ years of adtech / consulting / technical expertise

  • 3+ years with mobile app monetization experience, specifically relating to SDK integration lifecycles, SKAdNetwork/ATT privacy regulations, and mobile app IAB standards

  • Deep and technical understanding of SDK mediation adapters and mobile app monetization

  • Excel, Google Suite, Salesforce, and Analytics Platform/Data Evaluation experience

  • High level of integrity, excellent presentation, organizational and communication skills

  • Strong active listening, verbal, and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex products, services, and deal structures

In California, the base salary range for this role is $113,000 - $122,500
Actual compensation will be determined based on location, experience, skills, and internal equity.

This role is also eligible for:
