In this role, you will harness your technical expertise to support clients in meeting their reporting requirements while curating valuable insights through our business intelligence products. You will become proficient in our loan review, business intelligence, and our core products, enabling you to assist clients in creating customized reports, and maintaining and improving our report catalog. Collaborating closely with the Product Team, you'll enhance the performance and usability of our reporting solution.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop, maintain, enhance, and organize client reports using DevExpress Reports Suite or equivalent reporting tools.
  • Write and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions to support reporting requirements.
  • Understand the end-to-end Loan Review process and develop subject-matter expertise in lending, credit, financial crimes, and portfolio risk management solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, and document detailed client reporting and business requirements.
  • Manipulate, analyze, and interpret complex data sets; identify trends and issues; and translate findings into accurate, useful business reports.
  • Estimate the time required for custom report requests and complete assigned work accurately and within established timelines.
  • Serve as an escalation point for client reporting questions, provide technical support, and ensure timely client follow-up.
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings to understand data, requirements, priorities, and expected outcomes.
  • Document work completed, project progress, issues, and resolutions, and communicate updates effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve research, investigative quality, reporting efficiency, and client outcomes while identifying opportunities to automate repetitive work.
  • Support and contribute to engagements across all Advisory pillars, including work outside the primary pillar when business needs require, while sharing knowledge and best practices to strengthen cross-functional delivery and the client experience.
  • Partner with internal teams on data-collection needs, reporting trends, and opportunities to improve analytical efficiency and client value.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting, monitoring, and data-collection processes through innovation and the effective use of technology.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least three years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing reporting solutions.
  • Experience writing SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to organize, interpret, and communicate complex information accurately.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
  • Ability to work independently with limited day-to-day supervision and demonstrate ownership of assigned work.
  • Exposure to financial, accounting, or mathematical concepts and the ability to interpret the results of financial models.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new technologies independently and through formal training.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver timely, accurate, and results-oriented work.
  • Strong commitment to thorough and consistent documentation.
