Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to a diverse range of clients, utilizing a variety of therapy modalities including individual, couples, and family sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals and circumstances.
• Facilitate therapeutic sessions while actively monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of clinical sessions in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practice.
• Utilize our intuitive online platform for efficient scheduling and management of therapy notes, streamlining your workflow to focus on client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses a wide range of demographics and experiences, focusing on those struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. Our therapists are equipped to tailor their approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, fostering a safe environment where clients can explore their feelings and work toward recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related discipline.
• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW by the State Board, enabling independent practice without supervision.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of direct experience in mental health counseling is required, we highly value candidates who have specialized training or unique expertise in areas such as trauma therapy, pediatric mental health, or addiction recovery. A demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and effectively utilize therapeutic techniques is essential.
