Key Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based therapy services tailored to individual client needs, focusing on modalities such as individual, couples, and family therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans aimed at achieving identified therapeutic goals.
• Deliver therapy sessions using a variety of techniques, closely monitoring client progress and adapting approaches as necessary to ensure effective treatment.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards to ensure transparency and accountability in all therapeutic processes.
• Utilize an intuitive platform designed for efficient client scheduling, documentation, and notes management to streamline workflow and enhance client interaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients consist of a diverse demographic with varying mental health needs, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and relationship issues. As a therapist at All-care Mental Healthcare, you will collaborate closely with clients from all backgrounds, providing a safe space to help them navigate their challenges.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Must hold an active, unrestricted license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW from the State Board, allowing for independent practice without supervision.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role is required, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, new team members will receive a generous sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 to support your transition into our community. Benefits include:
