Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with clients, focusing on their mental health needs and developing personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.
• Manage and maintain a full caseload, ensuring timely follow-up and continuity of care for each client.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to provide high-quality interventions and assessments.
• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with privacy policies and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with the billing team to ensure proper processing of client sessions by completing necessary notes promptly.
• Provide clients with resources and tools to enhance their therapeutic journey, ensuring they have access to valuable support materials.
• Stay updated on best practices in mental health treatment, attending ongoing training and professional development sessions as required.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a broad spectrum of clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

• Attractive salary range from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
