Key Responsibilities

• Conduct therapeutic sessions using structured CBT programs tailored to meet the individual needs of clients.
• Document client interactions efficiently using an intuitive EMR platform that minimizes time spent on administrative tasks.
• Engage actively in team-based learning initiatives and peer review sessions to share insights and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist will primarily work with a diverse adult clientele facing various mental health challenges. This includes individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related conditions. You will utilize your expertise to provide compassionate care, empowering clients to develop healthier coping strategies and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications

• An active Florida clinical license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant clinical field.
• A minimum of two years of experience working as a fully licensed therapist, preferably in a behavioral health setting.
• Proficiency in delivering CBT and familiarity with other evidence-based practices.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience working with adult clients in a remote or teletherapy setting.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, along with performance-based bonuses.
