Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through well-defined CBT programs tailored to individual needs, ensuring effective treatment pathways are established.
• Document client progress and treatment plans using an intuitive EMR system to uphold clear and accurate records.
• Participate actively in team-based learning and peer review sessions, sharing insights and strategies to foster collective growth.
• Maintain regular communication with a diverse client base, adapting therapeutic approaches to align with varying backgrounds and experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role will encompass treating a wide range of adult clients grappling with various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience and at least one year of full licensure.
• Proven experience implementing CBT approaches within diverse therapeutic settings.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working within community health settings, enhancing accessibility to mental health resources.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and EMR systems to streamline client management.
• A background in collaborative practice environments, participating in peer consults and team-oriented sessions.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $110,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and commitment to the field.
