Vibrant Healing Counseling Center is seeking compassionate and dedicated mental health professionals to join our team as Remote Mental Health Counselors. This full-time, telehealth position is tailored for licensed therapists, including LPCCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs. The role entails providing individualized counseling to a stable and low-acuity adult population through video conferencing, with a focus on enhancing the mental well-being of clients while maintaining ethical and compassionate care.

• This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
• Flexibility in scheduling is offered, providing the option to create your own hours while fulfilling full-time commitments (30+ hours/week) or part-time roles (5+ hours/week).
• Our telehealth platform is designed to provide ease of use for both therapists and clients, ensuring a seamless counseling experience.

• Conduct video counseling sessions with adult clients, delivering care that is both ethical and empathetic.
• Perform ongoing assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual goals.
• Assist clients in building new coping mechanisms, problem-solving tactics, and effective communication skills to empower their personal growth.
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic notes with minimal paperwork, streamlining administrative responsibilities.
• Utilize our intuitive counseling platform to manage client interactions and maintain engagement effectively.

In this role, you will primarily serve a clientele of stable, low-acuity adults who seek guidance for various mental health challenges. Your expertise will help clients navigate their emotions, enhance their coping strategies, and improve their overall mental health. • A Master's degree (or higher) in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Active and independent licensure in California as an LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, or PsyD is mandatory.
• No disciplinary actions against your licensure history.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and proficiency in utilizing digital tools and platforms.
• A stable Wi-Fi connection is essential to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.

• Experience working with diverse populations and providing telehealth services is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches to mental health counseling.
• Ability to handle a caseload in a manner that exemplifies quality care and client satisfaction.

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, based on hours worked and experience level.
