This role is 100% remote, allowing counselors to bring their expertise to clients from the comfort of their own homes while utilizing advanced telehealth systems. • Conduct engaging psychotherapy sessions via telehealth, addressing a wide array of emotional, mental, and behavioral issues.
• Deliver timely crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring a swift and supportive response.
• Use our intuitive therapist portal to maintain up-to-date clinical documentation, including patient progress notes and treatment plans.
• Perform comprehensive mental health screenings and assessments to accurately determine each client's unique treatment needs.
• Implement evidence-based practices, including applied behavior analysis techniques, to support clients with specific behavioral challenges.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Healing with Hope, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents and families facing various mental health and behavioral challenges. Many clients may experience co-occurring disorders or require support related to substance abuse. You will have the opportunity to foster therapeutic relationships that drive joy and healing, ultimately improving the lives of whole families and communities.

• Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with active licensure in Pennsylvania (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Proficiency in the use of telehealth technology for effective remote counseling.
• Solid understanding of current principles, practices, techniques, and trends in individual and family counseling.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with individuals affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, particularly with co-occurring disorders.
• Experience facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions, as well as familiarity with substance abuse treatment methodologies.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting competitive wages for dedicated professionals in the field.
