• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients to evaluate their mental health concerns, identifying both strengths and challenges.
• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems approaches.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that clearly outline client goals, interventions, and methods for progress evaluation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and nursing staff, to create cohesive treatment strategies and ensure holistic care.
• Offer essential crisis intervention services, which include risk assessments and personalized safety planning.
• Actively advocate for clients’ rights and connect them with necessary community resources, providing comprehensive case management support.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing mental health awareness and reducing stigma surrounding mental health treatment.

Your work will predominantly focus on a diverse population, including individuals experiencing substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You’ll help clients navigate their recovery journey, facilitating their connection to resources that will support both their mental health and overall well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to engage and build rapport with clients from varied cultural backgrounds.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining knowledge of best practices within the field.

• Experience in community mental health settings or detox care is highly preferred.
• Proven capability in employing culturally competent practices when working with a diverse clientele.
