You will have access to various digital tools and platforms designed to facilitate case management, therapy sessions, and collaboration with fellow mental health professionals.

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, identifying strengths and challenges that guide treatment.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care methodologies.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that set clear goals, interventions, and regular progress assessments to ensure alignment with client needs.
• Act as a pivotal part of our multidisciplinary care team, collaborating with psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff to provide comprehensive care.
• Provide crisis intervention services, which may include risk assessments and the development of safety plans to support clients in acute situations.
• Advocate diligently for clients' rights, connecting them with essential community resources and facilitating case management support.
• Engage in community outreach programs aimed at raising awareness of mental health issues and available services, fostering a supportive environment for individuals seeking help.

In this role, you will work with a diverse and complex population, primarily individuals struggling with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. The clients you serve may come from various cultural backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses, requiring a strong commitment to cultural competence and individualized care. Your work will directly influence their recovery journeys, helping them navigate challenges and achieve stability.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Evidence of strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving capabilities essential for providing effective client support.
• Ability to deliver culturally competent care to a diverse client population, demonstrating sensitivity to individual needs and backgrounds.

• Experience in community mental health settings or substance use treatment environments is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic practices and proven success in implementing treatment plans.
• Prior experience with crisis management and intervention techniques.
