Patients with mitral and tricuspid heart valve disease often have complex conditions with limited treatment options. Our Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies (TMTT) business unit is boldly pursuing an innovative portfolio of technologies to address a patient's unmet clinical needs. In this role, you'll work with internal partners and heart teams to improve patient pathways and share clinical best practices, advancing care quality and patient outcomes. Your clinical curiosity and passion for patients will enable impactful education and support for clinicians treating cardiovascular disease.

How you will make an impact:

  • Partner with heart teams to optimize patient management by identifying barriers, delivering targeted recommendations, and collaborating crossfunctionally to implement streamlined solutions

  • Deliver highimpact clinical education to heart teams across disease state, patient identification, treatment options, timing of intervention, and application of clinical evidence to support confident decisionmaking

  • Lead education on postprocedural recovery and discharge to enable safe transitions of care, effective followup, and consistent postoperative management

  • Build and sustain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (e.g., physicians, valve clinic coordinators, imagers, and key staff) through regular inperson and virtual engagement

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop and refine highquality HCP education materials

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders in the analysis of your area to ensure alignment with crossfunctional plans to implement strategy

  • Establish timelines and manage key deliverables to ensure alignment with overall objectives

What you will need (Required):

  • Bachelor's Degree & a minimum of 10 years related experience OR equivalent based on Edwards criteria

  • Ability to travel up to 80%

What else we look for (Preferred):

  • Structural Heart Valve Clinic Coordinator experience

  • Structural heart nurse, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant experience

  • Interventional cardiology experience

  • Previous mitral & tricuspid therapy experience

  • Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives

  • Strong project management skills

The base pay range for this position is $142,000 - $201,000 (highly experienced).
