• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to thoroughly evaluate clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges.
• Deliver tailored individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
• Develop dynamic treatment plans that include specific goals, therapeutic interventions, and progress tracking tailored to each client’s needs.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to create and implement integrated treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention services that include conducting risk assessments, creating safety plans, and offering immediate support to clients in distress.
• Advocate for clients' rights and connect them with essential community resources, in addition to providing ongoing case management support.
• Participate actively in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma surrounding mental health issues.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Harmony Help Network, you will work with a diverse client population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families. Many clients face various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in helping them navigate these challenges, providing support and advocacy to empower them toward recovery and improved well-being.

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
• Strong foundation in various therapeutic techniques and a commitment to evidence-based practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, along with the ability to empathize and engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Experience in a community mental health setting or similar environment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations, showing a strong understanding of cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Experience in providing case management and advocacy for clients in need of additional support and resources.
