• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patient mental health needs and challenges.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to patient goals.
• Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions, adapting strategies as needed to meet the ongoing needs of patients.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Engage with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising psychiatrists, nurses, and additional mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate and empower patients and their families, providing resources and coping strategies to foster resilience.

You will work with a diverse demographic of patients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing varying degrees of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. • Hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• Possess a valid LCSW license in the state of Tennessee.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting providing therapy and counseling services.
