• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health, strengths, and needs, ensuring personalized and effective care.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to guide treatment sessions.
• Engage in collaborative practices with psychiatrists, nurses, and allied health professionals to create cohesive and comprehensive care plans.
• Provide psychoeducation to patients and their families, aiding their understanding of mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and medication management.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of clients, incorporating evidence-based modalities for optimal efficacy.
