You will utilize sophisticated technological tools, including an AI-integrated electronic medical record (EMR) system that streamlines documentation and enhances patient interactions.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions with clients experiencing a broad range of emotional and mental health challenges.
• Utilize video conferencing technology to facilitate engaging, face-to-face interactions and foster therapeutic relationships, ensuring clients feel supported and understood.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare providers, including doctors and nurses, to create a holistic, comprehensive treatment plan that aligns with clients' care goals.
• Employ automated assessments to measure symptom progression, functional improvement, and treatment outcomes, adjusting care plans as necessary based on these insights.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation through a user-friendly therapist portal to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facilitate quality care.

Your primary focus will be on adults dealing with life-limiting illnesses and the variety of emotional responses surrounding end-of-life circumstances. You will be equipped to address issues such as grief, anxiety, and depression through a compassionate lens, understanding the unique challenges faced by this population. Your role will directly contribute to enhancing clients’ quality of life during a pivotal time.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• An active Washington state license as an Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic practices and an understanding of emotional disorders.

• A minimum of two years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
• Experience working with diverse populations and a solid understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.
• Familiarity with digital health tools and a proactive approach to integrating technology into therapeutic practices.
