Work Environment

This position is primarily remote, providing a flexible work setting where Counselors can deliver care effectively from their home office. While the majority of work will be conducted remotely, interaction with primary care providers and other team members through virtual meetings is essential to ensure cohesive treatment plans for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist primary care providers in identifying, treating, and managing mental health and psychosocial issues within the practice.
  • Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations, ultimately formulating treatment recommendations.
  • Provide brief yet effective therapeutic interventions for patients requiring mental health support.
  • Evaluate and determine which patients may benefit from specialty referrals to other mental health facilities.

  • Coordinate care with other treatment providers as necessary, ensuring seamless integration of behavioral health care.

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Clinical Counseling or a closely related field.
  • Current and valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 87,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
