This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility while working collaboratively with school staff and mental health professionals. You will primarily interact with educators, administration, and families to ensure that our therapeutic interventions are seamlessly integrated into the educational environment. The school setting demands creativity and adaptability in delivering services to students effectively.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students' needs, strengths, and challenges through interviews with students, parents, and teachers, along with direct observations in the school environment.
• Design and implement therapeutic interventions tailored to address a range of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, grief, addiction, and social difficulties, ensuring approaches are sensitive to the unique context of each student.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and supportive environment conducive to open dialogue and healing.
• Coordinate care among multidisciplinary teams, collaborating with educators, school psychologists, and parents to promote comprehensive support for students.
• Maintain meticulous records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, including accurate documentation of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Supervise and mentor interns or junior staff as necessary, ensuring adherence to best practices in therapeutic interventions.
• Evaluate and adjust therapeutic strategies based on the evolving needs of students and ongoing assessment outcomes.

This role focuses specifically on an adult population with severe mental illness, offering compassionate and specialized care that recognizes the complexities of their situations. Our ideal candidates possess a strong understanding of the challenges faced by these individuals, ensuring tailored interventions are effective and empathetic.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work and a current valid LCSW license are mandatory for candidates.
• At least two years of relevant experience in a mental health or clinical environment, preferably within a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential to engage with diverse patient populations and collaborate with educational professionals.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical practice standards is crucial.

• Experience working with adolescent and young adult populations in an educational context is highly desired.
• Demonstrated ability to implement trauma-informed care practices that are sensitive to the needs of diverse communities.
• Experience utilizing digital health platforms for teletherapy and remote interactions will be considered an asset.

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
