• Provide high-quality counseling services to individual clients through our telehealth platform.
• Utilize your expertise to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to the needs of clients focusing on issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and grief.
• Engage with clients using diverse methods, including one-on-one video sessions, audio communications, online journaling, and goal-setting tools.
• Ensure thorough documentation of client interactions and treatment progress within the platform.
• Conduct assessments to establish therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatments as necessary while maintaining professional autonomy.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and peer consultation opportunities provided through our platform.

Your primary focus will be working with low acuity adult clients who are seeking support for various mental health concerns. Our client population includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and relationship issues. We prioritize referring stable clients to our providers, ensuring a manageable and productive caseload, while steering clear of cases involving children or severe mental health crises.

• Current license to practice as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California without any disciplinary actions.
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize technology effectively to provide counseling services.
• A reliable internet connection, as well as a working phone and computer (desktop or laptop; no tablets).

• Experience working with adults in a telehealth or remote counseling setting.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and ability to tailor approaches based on individual client needs.
• A proactive approach to engaging clients, utilizing innovative tools to enhance the therapeutic relationship.

• The position offers competitive compensation with an annual salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000, based on experience and caseload.
