• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for individual clients, ensuring effective methods are employed for their specific needs.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to promote personal growth and resilience.
• Set realistic therapeutic goals in collaboration with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adapting strategies as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will work with a diverse population of clients facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. • A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master's or Doctoral Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and effective interpersonal interactions.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.

• Experience working in a community health setting or private practice.
• Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and other digital tools that enhance client engagement and treatment delivery.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and a willingness to adapt methods based on individual client needs and preferences.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to USD 105,000, commensurate with experience and client load.
