This is a senior individual contributor role with ownership of the public relations strategy for an ambitious, fast-growing AI and creator technology business.
You'll shape how the brand, products, technology, and creators are positioned across influential media and cultural conversations.
A major focus will be on the U.S. market, making strong relationships with North American journalists essential to success.
You'll combine strategic communications planning with hands-on execution, from developing narratives and pitching stories to preparing executives for media opportunities.
The role offers significant influence over brand visibility, credibility, awareness, and global expansion.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, Marketing, Product, and creator-focused teams in a highly dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
It's an exciting opportunity for a well-connected PR professional who knows how to turn emerging trends, products, and cultural moments into compelling stories.

Accountabilities:
  • Own and execute the overall PR strategy across brand, product, technology, creators, and major company milestones.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influential journalists and media contacts, particularly across U.S. technology, entertainment, lifestyle, and creator economy publications.
  • Develop and pitch compelling stories designed to secure impactful coverage in leading media outlets.
  • Identify timely news hooks, cultural trends, emerging conversations, and reactive opportunities that align with the brand and its strategic objectives.
  • Create high-quality communications materials, including press releases, media pitches, talking points, FAQs, briefing documents, and reactive statements.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Creator Partnerships, and senior leadership to identify stories, coordinate announcements, and maximize media opportunities.
  • Serve as a trusted media advisor to executives, founders, and creators, preparing them for interviews, public appearances, and other media engagements.
  • Develop compelling narratives around AI, entertainment, creator technology, and emerging digital experiences.
  • Monitor media coverage, sentiment, reach, and other PR performance indicators, using insights to refine strategy and demonstrate impact.
  • Respond quickly and strategically to breaking news, cultural moments, and opportunities that can increase awareness and credibility.
  • Balance long-term brand building with short-term media opportunities that generate measurable awareness, traffic, and engagement.
  • Contribute to the expansion of the organization's international media presence as it enters new markets.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of professional experience in public relations, communications, or a closely related field, with a strong focus on U.S. media.
  • Established relationships with journalists and editors across consumer technology, entertainment, creator economy, culture, or lifestyle media.
  • Demonstrated ability to secure meaningful coverage in high-profile U.S. publications.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to create clear, persuasive, compelling, and brand-aligned communications.
  • Strong strategic judgment and a proven ability to identify newsworthy angles, cultural moments, and compelling narratives.
  • Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable PR and media results.
  • Ability to operate as both a strategic communications leader and hands-on PR practitioner, personally writing pitches, developing materials, pursuing stories, and managing relationships.
  • Excellent understanding of the U.S. media landscape and what makes stories relevant to different audiences and publications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment where priorities can shift quickly and ambiguity is part of the role.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • High level of initiative, responsiveness, and ownership, with the ability to identify opportunities without waiting for direction.
  • Experience in AI, Web3, creator platforms, entertainment technology, or related emerging technology sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable working remotely with international teams and stakeholders across different markets and time zones.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package with equity.
  • Fully remote, remote-first working environment within Europe.
  • Opportunity to shape the PR strategy and public narrative of an emerging global technology brand.

  • Opportunity to work at the intersection of artificial intelligence, entertainment, creator technology, and digital culture.
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership, founders, marketing specialists, product teams, and creators.
  • Opportunity to build and leverage relationships with influential U.S. and international media.
