About Fraym
Fraym generates precise, localized data on demographics, attitudes, and behaviors, down to the town or village level. Organizations worldwide use our geospatial data to understand social and economic dynamics, design effective programs, and monitor investments across public health, economic development, climate resilience, security, and humanitarian response. Through survey research, geospatial analysis, and AI/ML, we are building scalable data infrastructure for mapping humanity.
The Role
As part of Fraym, you will support activities under the GEOINT Director. You will be responsible for building and expanding analytic support and mission success with key US government customers. You will be the subject matter expert for leveraging Fraym data to perform analysis and development of analytic products. In addition, you will support customer analytical missions, providing guidance and training, to ensure their mission success.

What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Analysis & Training: You will generate analytic products and reports in support of customers' needs and requirements. This will include providing mentorship and guidance to customers via ad-hoc and structured training for working with and leveraging Fraym Data.
  • Translate Data Needs into Mission Success: You will work closely with customers, understanding their mission and workflows, to proactively provide support. This will include gathering specific technical and data requirements to translate customer needs to Fraym engineers and data scientists. To include recommending enhancements for data delivery formats, structure and processes.
  • Communication: You will generate use cases and data user stories, illustrating Fraym's value proposition. You work well across diverse teams and effectively communicate your vision to execute on your goals.

What You Bring
Required
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Security Clearance
  • Travel to various customer sites expected approx. once every couple months
  • Bachelor's degree in Geospatial Information Systems (GIS), geography, statistics, political science, engineering, data science, or a related quantitative discipline.
  • Exposure to geospatial data and spatial statistics.
  • Experience with GIS software (Esri, Q-GIS, etc.)
  • Experience in or working with the federal government, specifically working in or with the GEOINT community and are familiar with data analysis, population surveys, and/or human geography
  • Clear, proactive communication.
  • Comfort learning and using technical tools, scripts, and AI-assisted workflows

Preferred
  • Experience with international household surveys, public opinion research, humanitarian data collection, or geospatial data programs.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Exposure and experience with Python/R
  • Experience in developing GEOINT products and reports
