Key Responsibilities

Financial Tracking & Reporting

  • Record and analyze all revenue streams (memberships, donations, course sales, sponsorships).
  • Create dashboards to track financial metrics (e.g., renewal rates, monthly revenue).
  • Prepare financial statements, manage budgets, and forecast cash flow.

Campaign & Revenue Strategy

  • Partner with Marketing & Communications on targeted campaigns (membership drives, donations, course launches).
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager to align membership pricing and event fees with financial objectives.

  • Maintain documentation for audits and board reporting.
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, budget management, or fundraising within the nonprofit sector.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with Stripe, PayPal, or other payment gateways a plus.

What We Offer

  • Flexibility to shape and implement IAIP's financial strategies.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture.
  • Professional development and growth opportunities.
