• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ emotional and mental health status, utilizing standardized tools and techniques.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to meet each client's specific goals and therapeutic needs.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, with a focus on practical application in real-life scenarios.
• Regularly monitor and record clients’ progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on their evolving circumstances.
• Offer immediate crisis intervention when required, ensuring clients feel safe and supported in their critical moments.
• Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date client records in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to facilitate comprehensive and holistic care for clients.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in mental health by engaging in continuous education and training sessions.
• Participate in regular supervision meetings to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback from fellow professionals.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current state licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R) is mandatory.
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills to facilitate effective treatment planning.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, paired with strong interpersonal abilities.
