This role is entirely remote, enabling you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a telehealth therapist, you will engage with clients via video chat, fostering a safe and supportive environment for therapy. • Conduct individual counseling sessions ethically and compassionately through video conferencing.
• Implement solution-focused and evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client’s needs.
• Craft personalized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and goals of your clients.
• Facilitate client self-discovery by helping them understand their emotions, experiences, and behaviors.
• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to foster healthy coping mechanisms.

The primary focus of your work will be with stable, low acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, and stress-related issues. You will make a tangible difference in the lives of your clients by assisting them on their journey toward mental wellness.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Fully licensed to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• No provisional or limited licenses accepted; candidates must have a clear professional record without disciplinary actions.
• Exemplary interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to delivering compassionate care.
• Proficient technology skills and ability to navigate online platforms effectively.

While not mandatory, experience working in telehealth settings or a demonstrated ability to engage clients through virtual platforms can be beneficial. A strong background in individual counseling and familiarity with solution-focused therapy approaches are highly desirable.

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000, depending on your hours and availability. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to new employees, a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time therapists, and weekly direct deposit for seamless financial management.
