Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

We're hiring a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) for a remote telehealth role. In this role, you'll provide therapy, complete assessments, create treatment plans, and keep clear clinical notes. Your work will support clients as they build coping skills and make progress over time.

Position: Full-Time
Location: Washington
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Complete assessments and create treatment plans
  • Track client progress and adjust care when needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Support clients with practical coping strategies
  • Follow clinical and ethical guidelines for care

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work
