  • Use CRM and customer data to maintain accurate records, manage opportunities, document sales activity, and support territory planning.
  • Analyze sales reports, customer performance, market trends, competitor activity, and product opportunities to improve territory results.
  • Communicate regularly with the Director of Sales regarding key account activity, territory priorities, customer opportunities, risks, and competitive developments.
  • Manage assigned trade sample, promotional, and travel-and-entertainment budgets in alignment with company expectations.
  • Attend approved trade shows, buying-group meetings, distributor events, customer meetings, and company sales meetings as required.

  • Improve distributor, dealer, and retail sales team engagement through training, joint calls, and follow-up.
  • Provide timely market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to leadership.
  • Maintain strong internal collaboration and professional account management standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of four years of successful outside sales experience, preferably in retail, industrial, safety, PPE, manufacturing, distribution, dealer, or channel sales.
