They coordinate tasks, manage resources, set deadlines, and ensure projects are completed according to internal goals and standards. Please note, applicants in Dallas will work a hybrid schedule (Tuesday-Thursdays in our office); applicants outside of Dallas will be remote.
Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in physician/provider compensation, including experience supporting provider compensation plans, calculations, analytics, administration, or implementation projects.

  • Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, payroll, or compensation-related processes
  • Experience working directly with healthcare stakeholders, physician groups, hospitals, or health systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis tools.
