Key Responsibilities

  • Provide therapeutic counseling and support through one-on-one and family sessions, employing evidence-based interventions to help clients manage life transitions and crises.
  • Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessments, creating safety plans when necessary to mitigate immediate concerns for client welfare.
  • Actively collaborate with clients to connect them with community resources while advocating on their behalf to secure essential services.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Mental Health Therapist at Harmony Haven Counselors, you will primarily work with diverse populations facing a variety of challenges, including individuals and families dealing with mental health crises, economic hardships, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, along with active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
