Job Title: Investor Relations & Outreach - Master-Level Internship

Level: Master's Level Internship

Department: Business Development & Strategy

Duration: 520 Hours (approximately 3 months)

Work location: Remote (with hybrid options in Toronto)

Compensation: Hourly ($32)

The Vosyn internship is unique. Remuneration is equivalent to $32.00 CAD per hour payable in common shares of the Corporation at the then fair market value. For greater clarity, NO cash in-hand (in hourly rate or salary) will be paid to the Intern. Instead, Vosyn being an AI start-up, the upside is in potential future value of said shares based on the hours worked, billed and approved.

About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Investors Relations and Outreach Intern to join our team within the Business Development department. This role is perfect for a Master's level student with a passion for building strong relationships and driving investor engagement. As an Investors Relations and Outreach Intern, you will work closely with our business team to manage investor communications, develop outreach strategies, and support initiatives that strengthen relationships with current and potential investors while promoting transparency and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of investor relations strategies to maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
  • Conduct research on potential investors, industry trends, and market opportunities to identify outreach targets.
  • Assist in preparing investor communications, including presentations, reports, newsletters, and updates on company performance.
  • Coordinate and support investor meetings, calls, and events, ensuring seamless communication and follow-ups.
  • Analyze financial performance data and market trends to provide insights for investor discussions and outreach strategies.
  • Maintain and update the investor database, ensuring accurate records of communications and engagement activities.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor performance, and investor sentiment to support outreach and relationship-building efforts.

About You:

  • Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master's program in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field required. Master's program enrollment or completion is mandatory.,
  • Strong understanding of investor relations, stakeholder communications, and outreach strategies.
  • Experience with data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling (e.g., Excel, Bloomberg, or similar tools).
  • Familiarity with market research and creating investor presentations or reports.
  • Knowledge of corporate finance principles and financial statements.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
