In our outpatient office, you will work within a dynamic and multidisciplinary team that encompasses licensed mental health counselors, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals. While this role is primarily remote, you will regularly engage in scheduled in-office meetings, training sessions, and collaborative case reviews to foster team cohesion and professional development. • Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) tailored to patient needs.
• Work closely with licensed therapists to develop and adjust personalized treatment plans, ensuring they align with best practices and patient goals.
• Create and maintain meticulous records of patient interactions and progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations, using our electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in regular supervision and training sessions to refine your clinical skills and receive constructive feedback on your therapeutic approach.
• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, modifying treatment strategies as needed to optimize outcomes and support client recovery.

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse population of clients facing varying degrees of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and adjustment challenges. • Possession of an active Washington Intern License in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is essential.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a demonstrated ability to engage clients and foster a trusting therapeutic relationship.
• Capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team-focused environment.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling, including internships, is required.
• Demonstrated experience with various therapeutic modalities and knowledge of community resources.
