• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patients' needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to provide effective treatment to individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, cultivating a supportive virtual community for participants.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient care.
• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies via telehealth platforms.
• Educate patients about mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and local resources to promote recovery and well-being.
• Maintain all patient documentation meticulously in accordance with legal standards and ethical guidelines.
• Engage in case consultations and professional development sessions to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of mental health.

• A Bachelor’s or higher degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and design effective treatment plans.
• Experience providing both individual and group therapy to diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and various digital tools to enhance service delivery.
• Collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

• Experience in remote therapy delivery or telehealth settings, demonstrating adaptability to virtual therapeutic environments.
• Familiarity with treatment for specific populations, such as adolescents or seniors, is a plus.
• Proven track record in facilitating workshops or support groups focused on mental health.
