• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' presenting concerns, personal histories, and therapeutic goals, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique situations.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques in individual, couples, and family therapy sessions, drawing from methodologies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, or narrative therapy.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, ensuring interventions are catered to their specific challenges and aspirations.
• Monitor and document client progress while fostering open communication about treatment effectiveness and any necessary adjustments.
