Senior Interior Designer ( High-End Residential )
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to join a talented Interiors team. This role is ideal for a creative design leader with experience managing luxury residential projects from concept through completion.
ResponsibilitiesLead the interior design scope for multiple high-end residential projects from initial concepts through final installation.
Develop design concepts, finish palettes, furniture selections, and detailed specifications.
Create and review interior drawings, elevations, and design documentation.
Collaborate closely with architects, builders, vendors, and project teams.
Serve as the primary client-facing designer and deliver professional presentations.
Mentor and guide junior interior designers.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
Oversee furniture installations and participate in construction walkthroughs.
Build relationships with vendors, artisans, and suppliers.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
6+ years of experience in high-end residential interior design.
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (required).
Experience with Studio Designer preferred.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) and SketchUp/Enscape/Lumion is a plus.
Strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and client presentation abilities.
Passion for luxury design, materials, furniture, and creating personalized spaces.
