• Manage a personalized caseload of clients, building rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, reassess stability, and plan for discharge where appropriate.
• Develop, implement, and continuously adjust person-centered treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of each client.
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate the mental health conditions of new clients.
• Engage in weekly individual counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based methods and therapeutic techniques.
• Participate actively in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress notes, complying with established standards.

The clients you will serve include individuals facing a range of mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, substance abuse issues, and eating disorders. Our practice emphasizes a holistic approach, considering each client’s unique life experiences, preferences, and challenges. This enables personalized treatment plans that resonate meaningfully with clients, facilitating effective recovery pathways.

• A master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
• Current, unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting following graduate studies.
• Exceptional communication, listening, and critical thinking abilities.

• Experience with diverse populations and co-occurring disorders.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and documentation practices.
• Proficiency in trauma-informed care and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Our compensation package for this position is competitive, offering an annual salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000. Benefits include:
