As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual therapy sessions with clients via telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for open dialogue.
• Developing personalized treatment plans based on client assessments, needs, and goals, utilizing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
• Documenting session notes thoroughly and accurately in the electronic health record system to maintain compliance and facilitate continuity of care.
• Working closely with patients to set a therapeutic agenda, utilizing active listening skills to help them articulate their thoughts and feelings.
• Engaging in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay updated with the latest mental health research.
• Participating in team meetings and case discussions to share best practices and collaboratively support clients' well-being.

Our clients range from young adults to seniors, seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and work-related stress. As a therapist, you will be instrumental in addressing their individual concerns, providing tailored interventions, and empowering them to overcome obstacles in their lives.

• A master’s degree from a regionally accredited university in social work, counseling, or marriage and family therapy.
• An active Tennessee license in one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Two or more years of clinical experience providing psychotherapy to adults in a mental health setting.
• Demonstrated training and proficiency in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based modalities.
• Strong written communication skills to effectively document therapy sessions and maintain accurate client records.
• A spotless professional history, with no disciplinary actions taken against your license.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and willingness to adapt to a completely digital service delivery model.
• Experience in working with diverse populations, adjusting therapeutic approaches to meet individual cultural and personal needs.

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
