This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home office. You will engage with clients through virtual platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience. The outpatient office setting is designed to accommodate a diverse client population while promoting a safe and welcoming atmosphere for healing.

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using video conferencing tools, ensuring a secure and confidential environment for all clients.
• Develop comprehensive treatment plans that align with clients’ goals, utilizing assessment tools to identify specific issues and areas of growth.
• Assess clients' emotional and mental health needs through initial evaluations and ongoing assessments, adapting approaches based on their progress.
• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress, using effective techniques to stabilize their situation and connect them to necessary resources.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records through digital documentation systems, complying with HIPAA regulations and local laws.
• Collaborate with other professionals, including social workers and psychiatrists, to coordinate care and ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
• Stay current with licensure requirements and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will specifically cater to individuals, couples, and families navigating these challenges, offering your expertise to help them achieve their therapeutic goals and improve overall family dynamics.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to establish trust and rapport with diverse clients.
• Demonstrated capacity to work effectively with couples and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
• Experience in providing therapeutic services, particularly in individual and family therapy settings.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, DBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

• Two or more years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with clients dealing with addiction or substance use issues, providing an understanding of related dynamics.
• Familiarity with digital health platforms and telehealth technologies for remote therapy delivery.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
