• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique challenges and objectives of each client, incorporating evidence-based practices tailored to their circumstances.
• Facilitate effective individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients navigate their emotional and psychological struggles, using established therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
• Collaborate proactively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to create a cohesive and comprehensive approach to client care.
• Troubleshoot and adapt treatment strategies as necessary based on client feedback and progress, maintaining a responsive and client-centered approach.
• Educate and support clients' families by promoting their participation in therapeutic processes, thereby enhancing overall treatment efficacy.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with all legal, professional, and ethical standards.
