This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still engaging deeply with clients through virtual platforms. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Oversee the clinical care of a diverse caseload of patients, providing both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to their unique psychological needs.
• Administer thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health conditions and prepare comprehensive treatment logs that document their progress.
• Utilize advanced clinical skills to address crisis situations, facilitate therapeutic interventions, and support clients in navigating life's challenges.
• Collaborate closely with patients and their families to develop effective resolution plans that consider their specific contexts and goals.
• Provide educational support programs for patients and their families, equipping them with tools and resources to enhance their understanding of mental health.
• Regularly assess the evolving needs of patients within the primary care unit and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal care and outcome measures.

Your counseling practice will encompass a wide array of psychological needs, serving clients requiring assistance with anxiety disorders, depression, behavioral issues, relationship challenges, and more. By working with clients from various backgrounds and experiences, you will play a crucial role in their journey towards improved mental well-being, personal growth, and independence.

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
• A valid professional license as an LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor), LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), or PsyD (Doctor of Psychology).

While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, preference will be given to those with:

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating proficiency in providing therapeutic services.
• Experience using telehealth platforms for delivering mental health services, ensuring compliance with best practices in virtual care.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

• A sign-on bonus of up to $1,500.
• Flexible scheduling allowing 5-40 hours of weekly work, enabling you to create a balance that suits your lifestyle.
• Annual compensation for full-time employees ranging from $90,000 to $135,000, based on experience and licensure.
• Additional performance bonuses up to $2,000, contingent upon state licensure.
