Responsibilities:
  • Own a portfolio of BI dashboards from requirements gathering through implementation, maintenance, and optimization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives and translate them into scalable analytical solutions.

  • Perform data validation and quality control to ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.
  • Lead ad hoc analytical projects that provide actionable insights for business leaders across the organization.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering to define data requirements and improve reporting infrastructure.
  • Support the Commercial Analytics team by delivering datasets and analytical support for client-facing initiatives.
  • Independently manage analytical workstreams from inception through delivery with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
  • Bachelor's degree, STEM field preferred.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience querying, transforming, and validating large datasets.
  • Significant experience with a BI platform such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or similar.
  • Experience working with Snowflake, Postgres, or another modern cloud data warehouse.
  • Advanced experience using AI-powered tools and automation to improve analytics, reporting, or BI workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own projects and deliver results with minimal direction.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical findings to business outcomes.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Startup experience preferred.
  • Healthcare, pharmaceutical, or patient claims data experience is a strong plus.

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000.
Where you land within the range will reflect your skills, experience, and location, while keeping team parity in mind and leaving room for future growth.
Benefits:
Impiricus focuses on taking care of our teammates' professional and personal growth and well-being.
