This position is entirely remote, allowing therapists the flexibility to create their own schedules while balancing personal and professional responsibilities. • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being, integrating evidence-based tools and techniques.
• Evaluate clients' specific needs, issues, and therapeutic goals to design tailored treatment plans that facilitate their progress.
• Provide engaging individual therapy sessions for clients of all ages, addressing various mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.
• Facilitate couples therapy sessions focused on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and reinforcing relational bonds.
• Create and regularly update treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that they reflect progress and adapt to evolving challenges.
• Maintain meticulous client records including progress notes, treatment plans, and comprehensive case histories to support therapeutic work and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare providers, contributing to a holistic approach that meets all client needs.
• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, supporting clients in acute distress or emergencies with professionalism and sensitivity.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in marriage and family therapy, integrating contemporary research and best practices into everyday work.
• Uphold ethical standards and maintain confidentiality regarding client information, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and organizational policies.
• Advocate for client rights and guide them in making informed choices regarding their treatment paths.
• Encourage wellness and self-care practices both in clients and personally, promoting emotional resilience and a balanced life for all involved.
• Deliver therapy services through secure and confidential remote platforms, ensuring a safe environment for client interactions.

Our therapists engage with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents facing transitional challenges, adults dealing with relationship issues, and couples seeking to enhance their marital satisfaction. • A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist through the State Board is a prerequisite to practice.
• Prior experience providing individual and couples therapy is essential to assess and effectively manage clients' diverse needs.
• A proven track record working with both children and adults in various therapeutic settings.
• Strong skills in prompt completion of assessments, treatment plans, and diligent documentation to ensure client care continuity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• Ideally, candidates will have at least two years of applied clinical experience in outpatient settings.
• Experience utilizing teletherapy methodologies effectively and responsibly.
• A background in working with multicultural populations, enhancing sensitivity to client diversity.

We offer competitive compensation, with a salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year.
