• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs and create personalized treatment plans.
• Facilitate open communication among clients, families, direct care staff, and supervisors to track client progress and recalibrate treatment approaches as necessary.
• Provide a clear schedule of appointments, home visits, and monitoring observations to supervisors, ensuring consistency in engagement.
• Coordinate and execute home visits as needed for in-home needs assessments and data collection to better understand client environments.
• Monitor and ensure effective implementation of treatment programs and plans across the board, guaranteeing adherence to client-specific goals.
• Engage actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to promote interdisciplinary collaboration and sharing of insights regarding client care.
• Document monthly and quarterly progress notes thoroughly, maintaining an accurate record of client development and treatment effectiveness.
• Organize training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding and competency in the implementation of therapeutic programs and documentation.
• Provide follow-ups through interviews, observations, and home visits to ensure ongoing support aligned with client needs.
• Serve as a liaison with community resources and public mental health agencies to facilitate development and outreach initiatives.
• Assist in creating evidence-based training materials and procedures to refine program delivery and enhance outcomes for clients.

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a varied client population that includes children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of mental health challenges. Specific areas of focus may include anxiety, depression, trauma recovery, and substance use issues. The LPC's role is vital in ensuring that clients receive holistic and individualized care tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally within a clinical setting.
• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and treatment standards in mental health.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams, fostering a supportive care environment.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) software and related technological tools.

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed approaches, or substance misuse treatment is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a remote telehealth capacity is a plus, providing familiarity with the unique aspects of virtual counseling.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
