• Conduct virtual counseling sessions with individuals, couples, and families using secure and HIPAA-compliant video conferencing platforms, fostering a safe and supportive environment for clients to share their experiences.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health issues and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that include achievable, measurable goals.
• Implement evidence-based counseling techniques and therapeutic interventions to address diverse emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges faced by clients.
• Provide critical support during crisis situations, ensuring clients receive immediate intervention and are guided towards appropriate resources for their safety and well-being.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, progress notes, and treatment plans in alignment with legal and ethical standards, contributing to a comprehensive understanding of each client’s therapeutic journey.
• Educate clients on various mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources, empowering them to manage their mental health proactively.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, external providers, and community resources to create an integrated network of care for clients.

• Must hold current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) within your state of residence.
• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling or a related field is essential for this position.

• Proven aptitude for communication and strong interpersonal skills to build positive therapeutic relationships with clients.
