Job Description
The IO Psychology Consultant, Science Delivery works as part of the Science Delivery team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and contributing to projects encompassing assessment design, analytics, and implementation. You will work with our global customers by developing and implementing data-driven pre-employment assessments and selection system design, consulting with our customers to demonstrate value and facilitate success. Additionally, you will spearhead post-implementation ongoing analytics, tracking long-term assessment performance, business impact, and psychometric validity to ensure continuous optimization and sustained value for our clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Core Science Delivery: Employ foundational IO Psychology knowledge, research, and analytical skills to lead and support science aspects of diverse projects
  • Job Analysis: Conduct job analysis to identify assessments used in client selection solutions
  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Contribute insights and support as an integral team member, establishing credibility and rapport with customers. Assist in addressing customer needs and adjusting scope under guidance
  • Data & Insights: Deliver insights and visualizations that showcase the value and success of the customer's selection system to various stakeholders (e.g., job analysis, adverse impact analysis, results presentations). This includes ownership of conducting formal validation studies, as well as ongoing fairness and impact analyses
  • Platform & Product Advancement: Develop familiarity with platform, product, and tool usage, actively contributing to their advancement.
  • AI & Tech Optimization: Possess and apply strong proficiency in utilizing AI tools to elevate work quality, maximize role efficiency, and optimize project delivery. Commit to ongoing AI skill development to continuously adapt and integrate advanced AI methodologies into daily workflows.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Participate in driving innovation by seeking learning opportunities and integrating new insights. Seek diverse learning opportunities within and outside of Hirevue and incorporate knowledge to drive self-improvements, AI driven efficiencies, and continuous improvement to science delivery at Hirevue.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Participate in education and knowledge sharing with team members, contributing to individual and collective growth. Provide guidance and education to team members on moderately complex subjects, bolstering collective growth

Qualifications
  • Masters or Ph.D. degree in IO Psychology or similar field (or equivalent education and experience)
  • 3+ years' experience with Assessments and IO Psychology consulting
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (R, SPSS, Tableau, Excel, Charts)
  • Analysis experience from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience with execution of project components
  • Knowledge of EEO compliance and regulations on selection systems
  • Ability to communicate and present results to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to utilize data to demonstrate impact pre- and post-implementation
  • AI Proficiency: Proven experience utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools and methodologies to improve business outcomes, automate repetitive tasks, and maximize day-to-day work efficiency.
