Workday Integrations Developer
Position Type: Full Time, exempt employee.
Salary: $175,048.50 per year, plus standard medical and fringe benefits.
Location: Cornet Limited, Inc. 1600 W Broadway Road, Suite 100 Tempe, AZ 85282. Telecommuting or remote “work-from-home” is available for this position.

About the Opportunity:
The Workday Integrations Developer will configure business processes, report writing, and system development changes while providing direct support to leadership, HR, and Payroll teams. The Workday Integrations Developer will also implement and modify system configurations, including business processes, eligibility rules, and integrations, to align with legal and business requirements. This position also plays a key role in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing system changes through UAT, End-to-End, Regression, and Parallel testing. The ideal candidate will be an experienced HRIS professional with strong Workday expertise to support and enhance our people systems.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Configure Workday business processes, report writing, and system development changes.
  • Provide direct HRIS/Workday support to leadership, HR, and Payroll teams.
  • Implement new system configurations to align with legal and business requirements.
  • Modify and maintain existing business processes, eligibility rules, and integrations.
  • Perform testing and troubleshooting of system changes and optimizations, including:
    • Parallel testing.
    • Regression testing.
    • End-to-End testing.
    • User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (foreign degree accepted).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in computer programming or development.
  • Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
