• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, incorporating the influence of any existing medical conditions on the patient's psychological health.

• Must possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within the state of Arizona is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with patients who have co-occurring medical and mental health conditions.
• Experience in providing integrated care and effectively collaborating with medical professionals.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with patients and team members.

• A minimum of two years of practical experience as a licensed mental health therapist, particularly in an integrated care setting.
