• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through phone or video consultations, ensuring thorough documentation from initial intake to the conclusion of treatment.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, from an accredited program.
• A current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.
• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).
• A strong foundation in verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective counseling and documentation.
• An understanding of the nuances within the mental health field, including best practices governed by the American Mental Health Counselors Association (AMHCA).
