Job Summary
This fully remote opportunity is available for an Associate Mental Health Therapist who is ready to provide thoughtful, client-centered behavioral health services while progressing toward independent clinical practice. The role offers a structured environment where developing clinicians can build confidence, strengthen professional skills, and receive ongoing supervision.
The successful candidate will manage a telehealth caseload, conduct assessments, provide individualized therapy, maintain compliant documentation, and coordinate appropriate referrals. This position is well suited to a clinician who is organized, compassionate, responsive to supervision, and committed to high-quality care.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide scheduled virtual counseling sessions.
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments, safety screenings, and treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-informed interventions appropriate to each client's needs.
  • Evaluate progress and update treatment goals as needed.
  • Maintain complete and timely electronic clinical records.
  • Coordinate referrals when a different level or type of care is required.
  • Communicate with supervisors and authorized care partners when clinically appropriate.

Requirements
  • Master's degree in counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work, psychology, or a related behavioral health field.
  • Current state-issued associate, provisional, temporary, intern, candidate, or other supervised-practice credential in counseling, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related mental health discipline.
  • Credential must authorize the applicant to provide clinical services under supervision to clients located in KS.
  • Ability to work under approved clinical supervision.
  • Access to a confidential workspace and reliable technology.
  • Monday-Friday availability.
