New Gig Solutions is partnering with a fast-growing consumer advocacy law firm seeking a Nevada-licensed Associate Attorney to join its remote team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who wants to work on meaningful cases that protect consumers from unfair practices while enjoying the flexibility of working from home.

The firm focuses on helping clients resolve disputes with creditors and navigate complex consumer-related matters. Attorneys in this role take ownership of cases, handling everything from initial client intake to resolution, while collaborating with a supportive legal team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of consumer protection and civil litigation matters for Nevada clients

  • Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and related legal documents

  • Conduct legal research on consumer law, contract disputes, and related topics

  • Communicate with clients to provide guidance and updates on their cases

  • Negotiate settlements and interact with opposing counsel as needed

  • Attend court or administrative hearings in Nevada when required

Qualifications

  • Active Nevada Bar license (required)
