• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that incorporate evidence-based practices, such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5), to create personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Utilize various therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client, and measure progress against specified goals.
• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, utilizing our EHR software to document treatment sessions and client progress effectively.
• Collaborate with a team of mental health professionals during case consultations, providing insights to enhance therapeutic approaches and client outcomes.
• Participate in peer review meetings to discuss cases and receive feedback, fostering continuous professional development and adherence to best practices in mental health care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources, empowering them to take active roles in their treatment journeys.
• Engage in ongoing learning to remain abreast of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment, ensuring delivery of the most effective care.

In this role, you will primarily work with adult clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and stress management issues. Your work will have a profound impact, as you assist patients in navigating their mental health journeys and work towards achieving sustainable wellness.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution is required. Master's degree preferred.
• An active license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or other relevant licensures in Washington State.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, tailoring treatments specifically to individual client needs.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients, fostering an atmosphere of trust and openness.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities to navigate complex client situations and contribute to their therapeutic progress.
• A collaborative mindset, valuing teamwork and the diverse contributions of colleagues in a shared goal of client wellness.

• Experience providing therapy in a remote setting or familiarity with teletherapy practices is an advantage, as it ensures smooth transitions for our clients.
• A background in working with diverse populations, including various cultural, economic, and demographic backgrounds.
• Proficiency in specialized therapeutic modalities or certifications are highly desirable to expand the therapeutic resources available.
